Our Story

My friends call me Tissy, I am originally from the South of Thailand, Chomphon. Growing up, I was always cooking with my auntie for special events. In the process, I learned true authentic Thai cuisine. That is where I found my true passion for cooking.

 

I LOVE to cook! Choosing various ingredients, mixing them together to make a lovely dish, that is what I enjoy about cooking. The real joy comes from family and friends’ reactions to my cooking! After graduating from university, and taking cooking courses in Thailand, I worked there and abroad in the hospitality industry. After meeting my Canadian husband, we decided to raise our family here, in lovely Montreal, Canada.

 

Arriving in Montreal, I started working as a cook for a catering company. After a few years, I took the step to start a cooking business!

 

Quite simply, I just want to cook healthy, homemade Thai food for my customers just like I do for my family and friends. If you like authentic Thai food, try one of my dishes, I think you will be quite delighted!
